1. What type of payment methods do you accept?
Acceptable payment options include:
- Credit & Debit cards (Master and VISA only – we do not accept Diners or American Express)
- Cash
- Cheque (we will require a copy of your ID)
- EFT (goods will be released once the EFT has reflected in our bank account)
2. Is there any fee relating to a quotation?
Please give our service advisor a call to obtain the relevent quotation fee.
Please note: Jobs quoted for repairs will not be reassembled if the quote is refused.
3. What guarantees are offered on your workmanship?
Workmanship and materials are guaranteed for:
- 3 (three) months on Domestic Equipment
- 1 (one) year on Industrial Equipment
No guarantees are provided on loose windings or incomplete items
4. Do you provide for insurance claim repairs?
Yes, we are able to assist you with insurance claim repairs.
A nominal fee of R180+VAT is charged to provide the required insurance report. When booking your job in at our counter, it is imperative to stipulate that the quotation and job are for an insurance claim.
